MJ900
The MJ900 cabin is the ideal solution for mold cleaning in the pharmaceutical sector, dedicated to the production of rubber articles. It uses a safe, biocompatible, certified and free of contaminants process.
Among the main applications are the cleaning of molds for the production of special seals, plungers for syringes and stoppers for containers.
The BicarJet® cleaning process allows to clean with the utmost accuracy also the latest generation molds and compounds such as: CHROMOBUTYL, BROMOBUTYLIC, NBR, HNBR, VITON, FLUOROELASTOMERS.
The power supply unit for BicarJet® MJ900 uses only compressed air, water and Meltron® bicarbonate, a specific quality of sodium bicarbonate studied by us to increase the efficiency of the process and which does not generate cross-contamination.
It is ideal for cleaning small pieces with low weight.
