The MJ1000 cabin is the ideal solution for mold cleaning in the production of technical items, o-rings and gaskets, even complex and characterized by details and holes that are difficult to reach. It is also performing on the latest generation compounds such as NBR, HNBR, VITON, FLUOROELASTOMERS.
BicarJet® MJ1000 technology guarantees maximum effectiveness, without scratching the treated surface, removing: the release agent layer, the fumes residue generated by the injection and compression operations of the melted rubber and the rubber residues.
The power supply unit for BicarJet® MJ100 uses only compressed air, water and Meltron® bicarbonate, a specific quality of sodium bicarbonate studied by us to increase the efficiency of the process and which does not generate cross-contamination.
It is ideal for cleaning pieces with a maximum size of 600 × 600 mm and a maximum weight of 150 kg.
